Follow your intuition to choose a practice which calls to you in that moment.
More classes will be added each week giving you an ever growing library of resources available to access at a time best suited to you.
If you would like to just sign up for one month only there is the option to pay a one off price to access the members page for one month only.
These classes have been designed to help you to live and practice in-line with the changing energies of nature; supporting mind, body and soul. We will draw on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda (Yoga's sister science) and the Elements to offer balance and support wellness.
Classes are suitable for all bodies and experience levels; if you have been to a class with me before you will know that I offer lots of options to enable you to find a practice that suits your unique body, encouraging compassion and presence over striving and competing. My style of teaching pulls influences from Hatha, Tantra, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Functional yoga and Restorative yoga.
