SANCTUARY is designed to offer you some reprieve from the stress and strain of everyday life. It is about creating a sacred space for you to come home to yourself again and again.

When you sign up to the monthly subscription you will receive access to an online library of practices, split into two sections one to uplift, energise & expand and the other to balance, ground, soften & let go.

Follow your intuition to choose a practice which calls to you in that moment.

More classes will be added every month giving you an ever growing library of resources available to access at a time best suited to you.

Sanctuary is suitable for all bodies and experience levels. I offer lots of options to enable you to find a practice that suits your unique body, encouraging compassion and presence. My style of teaching pulls influences from Hatha, Tantra, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Functional yoga and Restorative yoga.


Practices have been designed to help you to live and practice in-line with the changing energies of nature; supporting mind, body and soul. We will draw on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda (Yoga's sister science) and the Elements to offer balance and support wellness.
