WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Bring with you a bottle of water, a blanket and socks are recommended for cooler months. Mats and other equipment will be provided.

Clothes should be comfortable and fairly tight fitting.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

The first 5 minutes of a yoga class is very important, as this is when students find some time in meditation and breathing practices to center themselves. Latecomers can be extremely disturbing to this crucial part of the practice. I advise students to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get themselves calm and ready to start class, even earlier if it is your first class. A sign will then be placed on the door as soon as the class begins, and anyone arriving after this time will not be able to join.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK OR CAN I JUST TURN UP?

Booking is essential so I know how many students to expect. Numbers are limited to ensure I can give each student my full attention. You can book in through this website (see book online) or email me at nikkilewisyoga@outlook.com
