About the Event
A soulful slow flow to nourish body, mind and soul.
This month we celebrate the Spring Equinox by dedicating time to slow down and tune in, honouring to the shift in seasons and acknowledging how we as humans are so deeply connected to the changing energies of nature (we are nature).
This is a time to plant and water seeds of intention and wellbeing for body, mind and soul. The coming of Spring after the winter months brings the return of the light and a renewed sense of energy.
Within this practice I will encourage you to move instinctually as we explore the body and breath through gentle rhythmical, somatic movements. There will be lots of options available so you can create a practice that truly resonates with you, remembering that the body holds so much wisdom. We will finish the practice with some longer held yin postures, a beautiful nourishing Savasana and some time for personal reflection and journaling.
This practice is suitable for all, including beginners
