About the Event
Dedicate two hours to deeply nourishing, transformative Rest.
We will explore the magic of concious breathing; the power of our own healing touch; beautifully supportive Restorative postures and a full sensory experience to create a safe container for surrender.
Spaces are limited to 8 to provide you with plenty of supportive props.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat and at least one warm blanket, preferably two.
