New Moon Mothers circle

The New Moon brings with it a feeling of starting afresh; the opportunity to reflect on what has been and to plant seeds of intention for the month ahead.

As mothers we carry so much, we need spaces where we can come together to share, to listen, to rest and to honour the beautiful but oftentimes overwhelming role of motherhood.

We will welcome one another into the space with soothing tea, sharing if called to do so. We will explore some simple somatic movement and breath practices to clear any heavy or stagnant energy in order to create space for rest. We will take time to linger in deeply nourishing, restorative postures arriving at deep rest, where we will experience the magic of healing frequencies and allow our intentions to come through.

There will be time to journal, reflect and pull oracle cards and to share in circle if you feel called to do so.
