'Coming home' A blissful 2 hour journey back to the mat

Come and join me for my first In-person class in over a year! This 2 hour practice is an opportunity to take it slow and to have the time to really inquire what we are arriving back to our mat with. The class will include slow mindful flowing movements and pranayama (breathing teachniques) to soothe the nervous system, finishing with some beautiful yin yoga postures and a lovely long savasana with guided relaxation. Pure bliss!
