About The Event
Embrace the longest night of the year and reconnect with yourself in a candlelit practice celebrating the winter solstice. This two hour practice will combine intention setting and a slow flow moving into a deeply relaxing Restorative practice, with a guided meditation to recenter the mind and body as we prepare to close out the year.
Price includes a cup of warming tea and a little gift to take away with you.
