Spring emergence morning (new added date!)

As we welcome the arrival of Spring there is a stirring of energy beneath the surface waiting to break through. This sudden surge of energy can bring with it renewed motivation, creativity, clarity and drive, the perfect time for planting seeds of intention for the year ahead.

Join me for a beautifully nourishing morning as we explore these themes.

The morning will include:

• Mindful, slow, flowing yoga practice to clear stagnant energy from the body
• Self massage using essential oils
• Time for contemplation and creative intention setting accompanied by herbal tea and cake
• Finishing with some deeply nourishing yin yoga and breathwork to deliver you into rest.
