A 30 minute YANG practice, targeting the deep, stabilizing core muscles, to help to provide support and protection for the spine. This fairly strong empowering practice will build some internal fire and activate Manipura (solar plexus) Chakra, which governs our sense of self, our power and our courage. Listen to your body and if needed give yourself permission to take a rest at any point!
